Antonique Smith
Antonique is an actress and singer, with numerous credits including Broadway and film. She also released her Soulful R&B albums. Smith was the first actress to make an appearance in Sidney Lumet's 100 Centre Street, a television show developed by East Orange New Jersey native Antonique Smith in 2002. She gained more fame in 2005-2007 as Mimi, the star of Broadway's hit musical Rent. 2007. She was also appearing in Julie Taymor's movie Across the Universe. The Biggie Smalls biopic Notorious the actress showed her singing and acting talents. Smith earned a multitude of acclaims for her role and resulted in being sought-after for other movies such as Abduction (2011) with Taylor Lautner & Alfred Molina in the lead role; as well as Yelling to the Sky (2011) opposite Zoe Kravitz & Gabourey.
